Hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) is also call “ White Graphite” with a hexagonal platy crystal structure. Made of carbothermic process and made up of nitrogen atom and boron atom, but with a much higher oxidation resistance at 800ºC. Its theoretical density:2.27g/cm3, specific gravity:2.43, Moh’s hardness:2.
