Boron nitride mold release is a kind of water coating based on boron nitride. BN release agent is used in gravity casting and low pressure casting processes. The excellent high temperature lubricating and release features ensure the perfect release of the casting from the mould. Boron nitride coating greatly reduces the sticking of the casting to the mould, and also reduces casting deformation.
DMCERA® mold release has excellent mold adhesion and more demolding times. It can extend mold service life and improve productivity.

Operation instructions:
● Clean mold surfaces,avoid oil and dusty.
● Dilute with pure water or distilled water 1-2 times.
● Stir uniformly.
● Applied by brush or spray.
