Boron nitride crucible is a new kind of crucible containing the ceramic boron nitride. It is machined by hot pressed BN block.Boron nitride ceramics is made from hexagonal boron nitride powder in hot press process. It is a machinable ceramic and can be easily machined into complex shapes with tight tolerances. Due to high purity (99.7%), it will not stick and contaminate the products and has the long service life. BN ceramic crucible has excellent thermal shock resistance and high temperature resistance, so it will not crack under the condition of rapid cooling and high temperature.
Boron nitride is chemically stable and inert to all molten metals. In addition, it has the advantages of large heat capacity, good thermal conductivity, low dielectric constant and good dielectric strength.
