DMCERA® Aluminum Nitride Substrate

Aluminum nitride is non-toxic and has high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. It's thermal conductivity is more than 5 times that of alumina ceramics. Aluminum nitride substrate has excellent electrical performance,such as low dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, and reliable insulation performance. Aluminum nitride ceramic also has good mechanical property. It's bending strength is higher than BeO ceramic and close to alumina ceramics.
