DMCERA® Boron Nitride Coating

BN coating is an non-toxic and non pollution environmental protection material, non stick and non infiltration molten metal, can fully protect the surface of the refractory containers with molten metal and slag direct contact, greatly prolong the service life of refractory containers and improve product quality.

BN coating is widely used in gravity casting, low pressure casting and other industries, it is brushed or painted in the surface of refractory containers, such as launder, nozzle board, distribution plate, filter box, casting ladle, casting table lining, billet casting thimble and other hot top casting functional materials.

Operation instructions:

● Clean surfaces,avoid oil and dusty.
● Dilute with pure water or distilled water 3-4 times, and stir uniformly.
● Applied by brush or spray.
● Thin layers with good surface adhesion.
● Allow to dry thoroughly before use.
